RTL CLOTHING RETURN POLICY
RTL proudly accepts EXCHANGE ONLY. This policy applies to items that are the same style and same color.
Please note that item(s) can only be exchanged ONCE per order.
- Exchanges will not be honored if the RTL clothing tag(s), sizing tags, or hygiene liners have been removed, altered, or other details tampered with.
- Exchanges will not be honored if your request is sent after three days of your delivery date.
- Exchanges will not be honored if the clothing item(s) show signs of defect, alteration, mishandling, or any other form of damage.
- Exchanges will not be honored if the clothing item(s) have any stains, strong odors(including perfume), spray tans, or any other signs of wear and/or wash.
- Exchanges are only honored for a different size of the same style and color.
- If the item has any issues above the return will be rejected and can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If the customer refuses to pay the shipping expense to receive their items back, the items will be discarded.
- The RTL return form should be included in the box of the exchange with the item(s) and size that you wish to exchange.
TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM:
A request must be sent via email to email@example.com within (3) three days of the delivery date for regular price item(s) ONLY. Your email should include the order number in the subject line. The body of the email should include the item name and size that you have and the size you would like to exchange for.
Prior to returning any item(s) to RTL warehouse, you MUST receive an APPROVAL EMAIL from an RTL staff member. This email will include specific instructions on how to properly exchange your item(s). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure RTL item(s) reach its warehouse safely.
PLEASE NOTE RTL is not responsible for ANY shipping cost(s) related to returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-transferable and non-refundable.CLIENTS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RELATED COST(S) DURING THE EXCHANGE PROCESS.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER RECEIVING APPROVAL EMAIL & RETURNING ITEM:
After you have received your approval email and successfully followed the return instructions, you may return your item(s) to the address that will be sent via email. You can track your return item(s) to monitor its progress.
Upon the arrival of items at RTL warehouse, all merchandise is thoroughly inspected by an RTL staff member. RTL reserves the right to determine if merchandise is in exchange condition. Please note that if for any reason, an item is not eligible for a return, RTL will not be responsible for shipping the item back to its original location. In this case, an email will be sent to you with further instructions.
Once your returned item has been processed and the exchange item is ready to be shipped to you, an RTL staff member will email a link for payment of the item(s) shipping cost. Once this payment has been received, your correct size will be shipped immediately, and a tracking number will be emailed as confirmation that your new item is on its way.
