US SHIPPING

Standard domestic delivery arrives on or before 4-7 business days of your order date (this does not include the one business day needed to process your order), excluding holidays.
Once your item(s) is shipped, your tracking information will be sent to you via email to monitor your orders progress.
Standard delivery includes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Please allow an additional 3-7 business days from the shipped date of international order(s).

*ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES EVENTS WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO FULFILL BEFORE SHIPPED

Please note the delivery timeframe provided are based on standard orders but cannot be guaranteed. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of order date and orders usually arrive within 3-4 business days once shipped.

Express shipping is the only Guaranteed shipping method for specific timeframes. Please email us at info@recherchethelabel.com immediately after placing your order if express shipping is needed.

There is a $25 flat rate fee for international shipping.
We are NOT responsible for any custom fee's or duty tax required to be paid once shipped. Please check with your postal service on any fee's you may have to pay before placing your order.
We will not refund any shipping charges if a package is sent back due to fee's not being paid or for any unclaimed packages. You will be charged a restocking fee of 25% for any items sent back due to non payment of custom fees.

Please see estimated shipping date for presale items before placing your order. These items will be fulfilled and shipped out on or before its estimated shipping date noted in its description section. Standard shipping time applies once order is shipped.
